Food is excellent, sauces are great. I like the Korean sauce ones, the lemon pepper, and the standard hot. I wouldn’t get the lemon pepper in boneless as it just doesn’t taste as good that way but the standard hot and the Korean spicy bbq taste great that way. Fries are good when you get the spice and their ranch + blue cheese dip comes in abundance.

My mother and I are just leaving wing stop on 120th st .... we were both disgusted... all employees including the manager were eating and drinking while serving guests at 8 pm.... Floors looked dirty in the kitchen with liquid on the floor.... oil draining looked sloppy as well.. food should be eaten away from guests.... it's comes off as your staff so not care at all.... thank you for reading

I have been taking out from this establishment for a while and I have to say recently the quality of the wings has gone downhill. We picked up an order today for takeout and the Lemon Pepper wings lacked sauce, were quite dry and tasted old. They were not like previous orders and we could not even finish eating the wings in full. I am not sure if the wings tasting this way is due to the handling of the chicken by employees or simply how they received it but let me just say it is extremely unpleasant and I will definitely not be ordering again from here.

First time coming here. It was a great experience and amazing wings. Our server angel was very friendly and helpful. Food came out quick and tasted great. Amazing customer service.

The quality of their sauces is horrible. It always ends up super greasy and gross. Customer service was also some of the worse I’ve seen in a while.

When I came in to order my food it was no line , A woman came in after me which could have been 5 minute. So a whole 30 minute went by and I have not receive my order. Then about 5 minute more the woman that came in after receive her food before me. So I ask where is my order, and the cashier told they could not make too many fries at the same time. That was crazy to me because the lady had fries . So felt discriminated against me because I was the only black person inside the restaurants and they was not trying to get my order and also I was on my lunch break
